Fellowship Lunch for Church Refurbishment Fund
On Sunday 22nd we enjoyed a lovely meal together after the service!
Lent Series
Rev Ian will be leading us in a series of Lent studies, commencing on 22nd February
Angels from the Realms of Glory!
We all enjoyed seeing the large Angels, which Claire made for the church! There were lots of Angels festooning the church, including those made during a family service.
Angels!
At Art Club and also the coffee shop, great fun has been had making angels, guided by our resident artist, Claire! Here are just some angels, and these along with others made by Claire will be on display on 22nd & 23rd December 1000-1200 There will also be a Christmas treasure hunt going on at the same time!
Harvest Service at St Andrew’s Church
On Sunday 5th October we had a joint Harvest service with our friends at St Andrew’s Church in the village
Final ‘Tea in the Garden’ of the year!
On Sunday 28th August we shared our final ‘tea in the garden’ of the year. It actually ended up being indoors due to the weather, but that didn’t detract from the enjoyment of the event!
Bring and Share Lunch
After church on Sunday 21st September we all enjoyed a wonderful lunch together! It was a great time of fellowship, and a good chance to get to know Rev Ian better!
Rev Ian Mead
We welcomed Rev Ian Mead at Highworth Methodist Church on Saturday 30th August – we look forward to him being part of our church life
Village Fete
On Saturday 23rd August we had a lovely day meeting people at the village fete – our cake stall went down well!
